2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 cup molasses
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup hot water
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and molasses. Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add, alternating with the hot water. Pour into buttered muffin pans and bake in preheated 400' oven.
